Introduction to the new phase of the MigrArt Project 2019/2020 with destination Mali and Senegal
It was held on the evening of 29 The official ceremony marking the conclusion of 'Arte in Corso' is in April, participatory urban decoration project which involved the children of the Youth Aggregation Centre, of the C.AMP. e di 22 middle school students, together with the Free Minds Association, and which led to the creation of a mural to decorate the Latisana railway underpass entitled "Submerged track". The initiative was supported by the municipal administration, in particular by the Department of Youth Policies in the person of Stefania Del Rizzo, who followed every phase of 'Arte in Corso'. The project began last September, quando assieme ai referenti – Cosimo Zito e Francesca Cicuttin per il Centro di Aggregazione Giovanile, with Barbara Florit from C.A.M.P.P., l’insegnante di arte e immagine Meri Roncato per la scuola media e l’Associazione Menti Libere – si erano svolti i primi incontro e poi raccolte le adesioni.
Right under the artistic direction of Menti Libere, Association that has been engaged for years in the field of social promotion with respect to the themes of interculturality and environmental sustainability through the use of various artistic languages, the participants experimented with various painting techniques, from drawing to spray painting. Various meetings have taken place since February, on a weekly basis: the creative process, Indeed, it developed in the phase of involvement and growth of the group with the creation of the story and the sketch and in the subsequent actual creation of the mural. “Si tratta di un progetto molto importante – ha sottolineato l’Assessore alle Politiche Sociali e Politiche Giovanili Stefania Del Rizzo, che si è fatta promotrice di questa iniziativa – che genera un alto valore sociale. The participatory urban decoration project in Latisana ended on Monday. An initiative supported by the Municipality, in particular by the Department of Youth Policies, and created in collaboration with the Territorial Projects of the C.A.M.P.P. , the Middle Schools and the Youth Community Center of Latisana. A path of growth and sharing for all participants which led to a splendid success of the project. At this link some more information.
The official inauguration ceremony will take place on Monday 29 April at 18:30 there of the station underpass.

The project SIAA – Social Impact for the Alps Adriatic Region sees the collaboration of 7 entities from Carinthia, from Veneto, from Friuli and Alto Adige and involves the development of a training program dedicated to social enterprise, who will also be accompanied by 2 idea competitions and an acceleration program to facilitate their transformation into start-ups. To this end, a framework of business models and self-assessment tools will be developed that will support social entrepreneurs in the cross-border area. In the final phase of the project, a manual for the implementation of social enterprise in the Alpe Adria region will be published. All the knowledge acquired will then be transferred to public administrations and local stakeholders, in order to improve the entire ecosystem to support social entrepreneurship.

LIGNANO – Cleaning the environment, fun, good music and workshops. Tutto questo è “Cleanin March”. The appointment (organized as part of 'Svegliatitour'), now in its sixth edition, is scheduled in Lignano Sabbiadoro 24 March 2019. “It will be a day dedicated to a festive environmental commitment aimed at collecting waste present on Marinetta Island, better known as 'shell island', poco distante dalla litorale di Lignano” ha spiegato Davide Mauro dell’associazione ‘Menti Libere’ che ha organizzato ‘la pulizia’ con il sostegno del Comune di Lignano Sabbiadoro, of the Fvg Region, of the Friulana Information Cooperative (Radio Onde Furlane), in collaboration with Legambiente FVG, Somewhere tours, The Adriatic Plastic Free e il
Foce del Tagliamento Nature Reserve Committee. “È la seconda volta che scegliamo le affascinanti isolette deserte poco lontane dalla costa – ha spiegato Mauro. The first time, two years ago, on the island of Sant'Andrea, the volunteers collected 100 black bags loaded with all kinds of objects that the sea had regurgitated onto its coasts".

WAKE UP TOUR – ‘Cleanin March’ è uno degli eventi che negli ultimi 10 months gave shape to 'Svegliatitour': complex project (with the participation of several partners, such as New techniques, .Lab, Friulian Information Cooperative, Living Music, The mind of freely) aimed at young people and in particular at those who wish to turn their passion for culture into a job; the lowest common denominator was, in each of the promoted appointments, that of providing children with the elements to learn to self-produce. To close i 10 months of activity there will be 'Cleanin March'.
THE PROGRAM OF THE DAY – The meeting is scheduled at the red lighthouse of Lignano, at 9.30. From there, divided into small groups, i volontari partiranno con il mezzo messo a disposizione da ‘Somewhere Tours Lignano’ (a reality that offers real excursions throughout the season sailing the waters of the most beautiful and uncontaminated neighboring areas reachable only by sea). Arrived on the island of shells after a few minutes of navigation, ci sarà un rapido briefing per fornire ai partecipanti tutte le istruzioni e quindi si comincerà con le ‘pulizie di primavera’ (the organization will deliver the necessary tools). All 13 instead, a lunch break is scheduled (packed, everyone will bring their own packed lunch) which will be accompanied by the DJ set of Mr. Island (La Tempesta label). Monday 25 February we had the second meeting with the middle school and CAMPP kids in Latisana! On this occasion we began to give vent to creativity by playing a little’ with clay...! From the next meeting we will begin brainstorming to collect ideas and subjects for the mural, stay tuned 😉
