Cleanin’ March 2017
About sixty volunteers took part in the event and cleaned up just over a kilometer of the Lignano lagoon promenade

A day full of activities and convivial moments to promote a vision of natural areas open to all where everyone is responsible for their protection. E’ with this aim than last 12 The third edition of “Cleanin’ March”: about thirty volunteers from Lignano and Friuli, but also and above all as many Afghan and Pakistani asylum seekers guests in Lignano. After the morning's efforts the group returned to the Youth Center for a picnic prepared by the participants themselves and by Menti Libere. This will be followed by important moments of integration between the community and asylum seekers through play at the L.HUB Park facilities: with a game of football but also table football and table tennis.
The afternoon at the park was then enlivened by environmental awareness activities and workshops. In particular thanks to some young people from CeVI (the Udine NGO partner of the initiative) who for the occasion carried out dissemination and dissemination activities on the observatory of environmental injustices as part of the SAME World project.
The event ended late in the afternoon, also in this edition he succeeded in raising awareness and protecting environmental heritage, proposing moments in which citizens are actors of change and make themselves responsible for it, taking care of the places in a carefree but responsible way.
