These children, of the Bozo fishing ethnic group, they take the school bus-pirogue every day to go to the school on the island, a true oasis of peace amidst the metropolitan bustle.

The scroll is now filled with graphic and emotional treasures belonging to many of the ethnicities that coexist, not always easily, who has Bamako.

These children belonging to the Bozo fishermen ethnic group are everyday taking this schoolbus-pirogue to the School built in the middle of an Island.

He is Massimo, Senegalese boy in Italy for five years now. Parla cinque lingue e lavora come interprete in un centro d’accoglienza.

Non è ancora mai riuscito a tornare a trovare la sua famiglia a Tambacounda, a sud del Senegal.

Mi ha lasciato due zaini di scuola da portare alle sue nipotine.

He’s Massimo, a guy from Senegal Who has been living in Italy for five years now. He fluently speaks 5 languages and he works as a translator in a refugee centre.

He has not suceeded to go back to visit his family yet in Tambacounda, South Senegal.

He gave me two schoolbags to bring to his young nieces.
